This picture is probably my favorite one of baby Emmett with the exception of the first picture in the previous post. He looks so snugly and sweet. I was playing with different looks and wanted to get your opinion on which look you like the best. Black and white, a lighter faded color, or full color. Don't hold back. :)

I like the faded one. Or the black and white one. The full-color one is too vibrant for what's in the picture. I love the softness of the faded one or the black and white one ... it's just calmer, more peaceful. I like the vibrant colors in the third one to be saved for fun smiles, kids running around outside, etc.
I love this picture though. It is so sweet and peaceful.

Sorry, one more thing about the vibrant one. I LOVE that blue and brown blanket Baby Emmett has. In the vibrant picture though, the colors almost detract from his sweet, sleeping face. I think I like the faded one best. Can you warm up the colors at all in iPhoto? Or lighten just his face just a tad?
Or maybe I like the black and white. I don't know. I feel like Joey when someone asks him which he'd rather give up for a year: (something I don't want to type on here) or sandwiches. :)

I think my fav is the black and white one though...
I like the one with less saturation. It is such a peaceful picture, so full color is a little too vibrant. Black and white gives a nice romantic effect to it, but with the broad front of his forehead, it is a tiny bit harsh. I love the faded one--it is just soft enough to portray the image and has just enough color to make the focus pop.
I have to put my comment in before I read anyone else's, they might sway my opinion. I love, Love, LOVE the faded one. It is so precious! You're doing great! Beautiful!!!
Back and white is my fav, but Oh the blue pops out so nicely on the second one.

I really like the faded one. I love how soft n cozy it is. Just as a newborn should be.
