The 'F' Family

I got my computer back today!! Yay! (it had to go get a few little tweaks done...) But all is well on the picture front. I am going to be working hard to make sure all of my client's pictures get finished in a timely fashion. :)

'F' family, you guys rock! It was so much fun to shoot pictures of you guys! You are so full of life and it shows! Thanks for the opportunity. Enjoy!

Will really wanted to take their pictures in an area that had this old gas station pump. Isn't it cool?! I love old stuff like this. Very vintage!


This first one is Caleb. He is definitely the older brother... sometimes I think he doesn't want to be the older brother, but then again he sure does. :) Does that make sense? No? Yes? Oh well. He is a cutie!


This is Tyler. This turned out the be my favorite shot of the whole shoot. He really was working the camera!


Here's Derek. This kid cracks me up. He is super full of personality.


And finally, here's Logan. He's the baby of the family, and look at that baby face! Makes me want to kiss him. :)

The 'B' Family

Aren't these kids adorable? This picture was hard to get. I didn't realize how hard it was to get three, albeit cute, kids to look happy all at the same time. They did it!!



This is little Sophie. Her parents tell me that she 'rules the roost' and how can you not believe them? Too cute for words!





I wanted to try something kinda funky and I love it! Those leaves!!





This is Rob and Kristy. Doesn't she have the best name ever?! They are such a cute couple! They run marathons you know. Man! I bet they could teach me a thing or two about exercise. But we'll save that for another day. :)

Ashley and Jake Preview

Have you ever loved a photo so much it makes you well up a little bit? Ok, so I am not welling up, (or so I will admit too) but I do love this picture so much! It is just how I imagined it when I asked them to lie down on the concrete at Cheekwood Botanical Gardens. They were such good sports for me and I really loved this shoot. Thanks Ashley and Jake! Can't wait to post more. You two are such super models and you don't even know it! Stay tuned for more...

Jessica Senior Photos

This shoot was one of my favorites so far! Jessica is a family friend so I know her pretty well. And one thing I know about her is she isn't the most comfortable in front of the camera. I can say that because I too do not love to have my picture taken. I love good pictures of me, but I don't love to be in front of the camera. But I digress... anyway... Jess pretty much rocked it! She brought along her guitar and mandolin, which was so much fun! Here's a quick sneak peak of her. Isn't she gorgeous? And don't you love that old truck? It just happened to be right there in the parking lot of her HS. Love it!

I am trying to get caught up on my blogging. Thank you for being patient everyone! You can expect a full blog post tomorrow and probably another one the next day. Isn't this a cool, cool shot? I love it!

Ms Jackie Preview

As with all my shoots, I can't wait to share more of these shots. We had a blast this afternoon tromping all around Belle Meade with three kids and a dog. Well, a blast with 2 child casualties. :) Abby skidded her forehead and Cole some how managed to roll his finger up in the window in the car. So sad! But all in all everyone was a sport. Even Mr. General, Jackie's Boston Terrier, did end up looking at me for some photos (can you blame the doggie for being distracted with three cute kids in tow?) Enjoy!
