Ashley and Brian

I know you all have been waiting for my next post with baited breath and I won't make you wait any longer.  :)  What?  You just happened to stumble upon my blog on accident, and you figure since you've made it this far you might as well take a look.  Well that's ok by me.  Either way, check out my time in Arizona with Ashley, Brian and baby Crew.  I had a blast with them!  And most important, they were such good sports every time I pulled out the camera.  My own children run screaming when I pull it out so it was a treat to not have to chase them down or bribe them with sugary foods.  I am really excited about this post because I have been working on my logo and on a new name.  I will use the logo (and name!) somehow in the header of my blog, on future websites, and of course to watermark my pictures that are on the web.  What do you think?  Kinda has a nice ring to it if you ask me.  My goal for the next week is to work on the header of this blog, so keep checking back for more updates.  Nashville is getting HOT so shoots are moving to early in the am or later in the pm.  Email or call me if you're interested in a future shoot.  Happy Wednesday.

Arizona Sunrise

I have been in southern Arizona visiting my sister, brother in law and their new baby Crew for the past 5 days. And I have loved every minute of it. Don't get me wrong, I miss my two little boys and handsome husband, but sometimes a girl's got to get away and relax. The only thing this trip needs is a visit to the massage salon. hehe. Here is a preview of some of the work I have done here. Had to get up at 4:45am to get these. It is dry, windy and lovely here. Enjoy!

Some more Keena

I love these pictures! Keena was so much fun to hang out with last weekend. It rained and rained and rained last saturday, but we ventured up north of Nashville and hallelujah the rain stopped. Thank you Keena for having faith in me with these pictures. Hope you all like the preview.

Keena Preview

Today I ventured out to the boonies and shot Miss Keena. Ok, that sounds a bit like a scary movie. When I say shot, hopefully you know I mean 'take picture's of'. :) Here is a sneak peek of todays awesome shoot! Could Keena be any prettier? She is a rock star! I am off to edit more. Baby Eli

Yesterday I got to have a photo shoot with baby Eli and his mama. I had a lot of fun getting to know them and practicing with my new lens. While I didn't get exactly what I wanted, I practiced and learned a few things. Eli was so sweet!

New Lens

All my anticipation was well worth it because earlier this week I got my new lens! I have wanted this lens for months! I love it already. :) Everyday I am learning new things; tips, tricks etc, and I can't seem to get enough. Here are a few example pictures i've taken since I got it.
